Does Ebay know that Ebay Philippines Sucks?

If there is anything that I feel is intolerable, it is a false sense of justice. My fave kid told me that he ordered some "keychains" from ebay philippines and that the so-called "power seller" couldn't count. Each was 8 Philippine peso and that means simply -- 3 x 8= 24. Okay, maybe plus his shipping cost.
He got an invoice (by the reatrd seller) of 600.00 and that made me wonder where in this planet did she learn her math. I mean, wtf! Being me, and because as everyone knows I am NOT a very nice person, I investigated the sellers site calle K____ (sounds realy queer) and found out that she/he sells phoney disney items.
I wrote tips@disney because is called FRAUD, though some people do not know that selling fake products is called fraud or copyright infringement. Not that I was too hot to REALLY MIND considering the cost but this seller was a blatant scammer.
I would buy a GOOD PIRATED MOVIE and not feel cheated as long as I KNOW it is cheap. I would NOT buy a phoney LV or a bad copy of a Disney item because, well, it's UGLY! There isn't anything like the original THINGY!

Anyway, I went through this fugly cheating sellers account and I found out that she was a I have always trusted PAYPAL and they tolerate a seller who sells counterfeit stuff? isn't that called PAYPAL verified seller which is really BAD. FRAUD?
Thus, I have learned my lesson that Ebay Philippines sucks. More than that, I have decide to stick to Ebay USA after reading a LOT of horror stories at the blogs of Ebay Philippines.

I take what I said back now, maybe MULTIPLY SELLERS are even more reliable than those at ebay philippines... dang! The only problem I have however with MULTIPLY SELLERS is that they do not have a paypal and that makes me fee; rather insecure.

As a seller on Ebay, I would like to apologize for those of us who are honest, and trust me, thee are as many horror stories I could tell as a seller as well. I would recommend you folow up with Ebay, and let them fight your battle for you, as a buyer you have many more rights and will recieve much more support from Ebay than a seller ever will.

The hilarious part is that Ebay Philippines gave me a strike for NOT wanting to buy those knockoffs so I had to take it to Ebay. Chatted with a net agent customer care who said that the whole site sells phoney things. Ebay USA and UK are good at Vero rules...
